The municipal council was held at the foyer on Thursday, December 12 from 7:30 p.m. For more than an hour and forty minutes, the 21 points on the agenda were discussed and developed. It should be noted the first phase of public lighting, a file managed and monitored by André Olivé: “during the first quarter of 2025, 23 clocks of the 27 which manage the lighting and switching off of street lamps will become connected clocks. There will be the upgrading of 128 lamps which switch to LED. The sum will be spread over 10 years with an initial sum of 52,500 euros including tax for the municipality. All 300 light points will be finished in 2026.”.
The objective is twofold:reduce electricity consumption and control lighting according to the periods. Residents having requested a larger beach during the summer.
Regarding the Abbé-Pierre impasse, the municipality questioned the residents of the 12 homes concerned by mail. “6 responses came back, 5 against a change and 1 for“.

Hélène Lecoq, elected member of the opposition, asked “to follow their advice”. Jean Comtat, elected, argued at length on societal reflection. The council voted not to change the name.
Michel Hamard, 1st deputy, on the water report indicated “a drop in consumption, an improvement in the network, but there are still leaks.”
