Over the 154 illustrated pagesMaïté shared recipes for the essentials of local cuisine. The book includes an introduction to talk about the region, its history but especially its products. “Then the recipes, presented throughout the meals, from soups to desserts. Names of dishes to go back to your roots or to go on vacation, well-known specialties, recipes that are easy to make at home since they are those of our grandmothers,” explains the publishing house.
