There are a lot of Olympic athletes who work hard in training to represent the United States as best as possible on the international stage. I really think the government should fund these athletes and these teams, but they don’t. I saw a story from the captain of the water polo team, and I decided to take responsibility and fund them.

They are the reigning three-time Olympic champions, I found it crazy to be able to be their number 1 supporter in their quest for a new gold medal. And when they are not competing, all the players on the team have to work. I wanted to give them hope, and I am the only one to do so. I hope other celebrities will do like me.

Flavor Flav was a great rapper and is still a huge sports fan. So when he discovered that the women’s water polo team was not professional despite their several Olympic titles, he decided to put his hand in his pocket and help them financially. He therefore calls on other celebrities to do the same in the future.

Women’s sport is progressing and is becoming more and more respected, but it is still not enough for some people’s tastes. The proof, Flavor Flav had to support the American water polo players financially, because the US government does not do so.
