“The criminal hypothesis remains plausible“, said Jean-Luc Blachon, the prosecutor of the Aix judicial court in front of the BFMTV camera. This recent intervention resulted from the expert assessments on the bones of little Émile now completed and the information that the criminal lead has not been ruled out. Enough to revive attention around this case which started a year ago, when the little boy aged 2 and a half disappeared while he was under the supervision of his grandparents in Haut-Vernet.
The reactions have been numerous since then and the journalist Christine Kelly is one of the personalities very interested in this subject. On her account X (formerly Twitter) followed by nearly 350,000 followers, she shared her opinion: “Little Émile’s clothes were found intact… an important detail. How could his clothes have spent 8 months outside exposed to the elements and been almost intact? Where is the rest of the child’s body? Can [sic] be a step closer to the criminal trail?“
