Could Canada (should it (should it) prohibit X?

In recent days, when we opened our X account, we can see Videos or photos of Elon Musk appear at the top of our thread making his gesture akin to a Nazi salute. Other content offered by default to users by algorithm include more hateful or violent messages than each other. Are there not laws in Canada against hate speech and incentives for violence? Similar publications in books, magazines, advertising posters or television ads would be immediately banished. The simple citizen who launches serious threats to a particular group or against an elected official or a public personality is immediately reprimanded by law. Why can the billionaire owner of this social network and now number 2 unofficial from the American executive propagate this hatred and this violence without hindrance in our country, with impunity? The argument of “freedom of expression” does not hold water here. Our governments should “put their pants” and enforce our laws, by putting a final X on X.
