Return to the amnesty law in Senegal relating to the facts linked to the political demonstrations which shook the country between February 2021 and February 2024.

Last week, a report, co-written by the Senegalese think tank “AfrikaJom” and the “Rule of Law Impact Lab” at Stanford University, was published. He believes that this amnesty law represents a denial of justice for the victims and a violation of international law.
