During the opening on Monday of the first edition of the Conference of Public Administrators and Managers (CAMP), President Diomaye Faye expressed serious concern regarding the state of the Senegalese administration, which he considers obsolete and overwhelmed by current challenges. He criticized the management of the administration, highlighting its inability to respond to the country’s challenges.
