To close the 2024 sports year, the Semussac Judo Club organized a mini judo competition on Wednesday January 15, followed by the general assembly and the galette, in the presence of departmental councilor Ghyslaine Guillen.

“The club,” explained Mélanie Favaud, “can be proud of its sporting results with the participation of the youngest in the activities and the older ones with qualifiers at the highest level of each category.” “Two youngest children took part in the regional championship, two cadets and a junior in the France 1 championship^era division, one in the French junior championship and two in seniors, i.e. six participations in French championships including a podium with the very beautiful 3^e Manon's place in seniors 2^e division.

Four young people are in structure (Emie, Adèle and Eliott at the hope center in Poitiers and Manon at the France center in Bordeaux). This year, we will have two young people listed as hopefuls on the national list of high-level athletes with Manon and Éliott,” indicated coach Nathalie Comeyne.
