It was an accident with strong kinetics“, indicates the Landes departmental fire and rescue service (SDIS40). Three light vehicles were involved in a road accident which occurred shortly before 8 a.m. this Tuesday January 21 on the D 944 in Eyres-Moncube.
A man incarcerated
Four injuries were reported, including a 33-year-old man who was imprisoned in one of the cars. At the time of his evacuation to the Layné hospital in Mont-de-Marsan, he was in absolute emergency.
-Three other people were more lightly injured, two women aged 29 and 63 and a 69-year-old man. The last two mentioned were also transported to the Mons health center in relative emergency. The first was left behind after an assessment by emergency services.
In total, 15 firefighters were involved with five emergency vehicles. Traffic is currently difficult on the road where the accident occurred.
