Saugues: a septuagenarian dies hit by a tractor

The drama took place in the morning, in the village of Servières, a little more than eight kilometers west of the town of Saugues, Monday January 20. In circumstances which remain to be clarified, a septuagenarian woman was fatally run over by a tractor.

Despite the intervention of firefighters, helped by a team from Samu 43, the septuagenarian died from her injuries.

The gendarmes from the Langeac brigade community were on the scene.

This terrible tragedy is reminiscent of the fact that the town has already been mourned by a tractor accident in June 2024.
