A man was seriously injured following an armed attack that occurred during the night from Friday to Saturday in the Limoilou sector, in Quebec.
The Quebec City Police Service (SPVQ) was called to intervene at 1:05 a.m. Saturday morning on De La Ronde Avenue.
On site, they found a first suspect aged 33. The latter had serious injuries caused by a blunt object.
He was transported to a hospital, where his life is feared, the police reported in a press release.
A second suspect, aged 42, was found while trying to receive treatment for stab wounds. The latter will be met by investigators.
-According to the SPVQ, it was not a random act, since the two individuals knew each other.
A security perimeter has been established and investigators as well as technicians from the forensic identification unit are on site.
