We'll have to get used to hearing their names on the men's tennis circuit. Revelations from the first week of the Australian Open, in Melbourne, the Brazilian Joao Fonseca (18 years old), the Americans Learner Tien (19 years old) and Alex Michelsen (20 years old) as well as the Czech Jakub Mensik (19 years old) brought down many top seeds.

Not all of them managed to follow up after their feat. However, their talent has exploded in the eyes of the general public and they seem capable of shaking up the hierarchy in the coming years.

If we had to find one thing in common between these young players with varied styles, it would undoubtedly be their power and their mental solidity. Despite their lack of experience, they do not tremble when it comes time to conclude, which is the mark of the greats.
