[7 h] “Traffic is normal on a large part of the department's main road network. However, in areas south of Guingamp, negative temperatures, wet roads and fog banks can cause the formation of black ice and make the roads locally slippery. A salting operation is underway, warns the departmental council. At daybreak, this phenomenon could become more pronounced.” The sectors concerned are, among others, Dinan, Merdrignac, Plancoët, Saint-Jouan-de-l'Isle, Rostrenen and Corlay.
