“The earlier children are made aware, the more they accept and respect difference”: the Adapei de la Nièvre launches workshops in Nevers

“The children of today are the adults of tomorrow,” underlines Yolène Roy, Ifa manager, Adapei Training Institute of Nièvre.

Since December, Ifa has offered, once a month, Wednesdays in Colors, a disability awareness workshop dedicated to all children between 3 and 6 years old.
“The objective is to make young people aware of the different realities of disability, whether motor, sensory, cognitive, through games, creative activities, adapted stories,” explains Yolène Roy.
