Two new radars were added to the roads of Puy-de-Dôme, near Clermont-Ferrand, on January 7, 2025, according to the radar-auto site which counts and updates radars in France.
Two roads limited to 90 km/h
On the D210, commune of Saint-Beauzire, an autonomous radar flashes in both directions, also at the front and at the rear. Speed is limited to 90 km/h.
It is installed between the roundabouts of the Biopôle Clermont-Limagne, between Randan and Saint-Beauzire (27 km). It is not marked by a specific radar sign.
No traffic sign
On the D906, commune of Courpière, the autonomous radar is installed just before entering Néronde-sur-Dore when traveling towards Thiers. It flashes for speeds above 90 km/h.
This radar is installed on the secure route of the D906 between Vichy and Courpière (53 km). The box would not be marked with a specific radar panel.
