Strike operation against restaurants

This text requires establishments to “deliver an invoice, a receipt, a receipt or any other equivalent document to any consumer who has made a purchase, in accordance with the tax provisions in force”, it is emphasized, specifying that this campaign is part of the efforts made by the Ministry of the Interior to combat cases of food poisoning in the city of Casablanca.

“The Casablanca authorities insist on the application of this fund and its generalization to all cafes and restaurants in the Hay Mohammadi – Ain Sebaa area, knowing that numerous fines, exceeding a value of 1,500 dirhams, have already been issued », declared for his part the president of the Moroccan Association of owners of cafes and restaurants in the Casablanca-Settat region, adding that “the establishment of the “accounting fund” will make the invoice legal proof in the event of food poisoning. »
