Tambacounda, Jan 2 (APS) – The “All Tambacounda” (TTC) movement, launched Wednesday afternoon, aims to promote citizen participation and promote the socio-economic emergence of this main region of eastern Senegal.
»We, sons, daughters and friends of Tambacounda, took the initiative to create an association called +Tout Tambacounda+ (TTC), whose objective is to promote citizen participation and encourage socio-emergence. economy of our dear region,” declared Ousmane Dia, the movement’s spokesperson for the day.
”We are aware that efforts have been made in recent years but there is still much to accomplish. We note that the interests of the eastern region are not sufficiently taken into account in the country’s development policies,” he said, reading the declaration signed by the members of the movement, natives of the Tambacounda region. , residents and established in the diaspora.
Ousmane Dia, member of the movement established in the diaspora, indicated that the TTC intends to be actively involved in the medium and long term in the management of local institutions in Tambacounda, through, he said, “an approach open to all those who recognize the values and ambitions of the Tambacounda region.”
He thus invited all citizens from this main region of eastern Senegal to join the movement, to contribute to the development of Tambacounda.
-“We invite women, young people, men and friends from the region who share our vision to join us. Together, we will lead this final fight, that of making Tambacounda a showcase of Senegal where life is good,” he said.
