The least we can say is that Jean-Marie Boursier will remember this start of 2025 for a long time. This Sunday, December 29, the man from Issoudun, aged 71, is engaged in a forest road and gets bogged down. The family had in fact told the gendarmes that Jean-Marie Boursier had difficulty getting around on foot. “Our research then begins. We are therefore carrying out research on wheels with the gendarmerie units of the La Châtre gendarmerie company.“, continues the lieutenant-colonel. The gendarmerie is then helped by farmers, hunters and the civil protection of Indre to densify the network, but in vain. The search sector between Châtre, Châteaumeillant, Saint-Août and Saint-Chartier is too large, so it is impossible to organize hunts on foot.
