In the municipal council, Monday December 16, 2024, Jocondian elected officials validated the name of rue Emilie-Mottet to designate the main road of the Ataraxia real estate project on the former Jules-Ferry stadium, in the city center.
And the name Allée Louis-de-Bettignies for the gentle lane which will connect Rue Jules-Ferry and Rue Henri-Dunant. These road names, which pay tribute to two resistance fighters from the First World War, will be used to specify the addresses of the homes. As a reminder, sixteen lots are planned, including fifteen to be built: fourteen for individual housing and one for a collective housing building.
From €99,500 to €130,000
On the developer's website, the program is called “Les promenades d'Eugénie” and details the size of each of the building plots. The smallest is 348 m², the largest 450 m². The purchase price of bare land varies from €99,500 to €130,000 depending on its size.
The houses will be built on the site of the former football field, with a first access via rue Henri-Dunant and a second via rue Jules-Ferry.
“The common areas are landscaped and planted with various plant species. Lanes dedicated to pedestrian traffic cross the subdivision and connect it to the existing road system. Parking spaces for visitors are created to facilitate the reception of guests and ensure smooth circulation within the development”further specifies Ataraxia.
