Endless waiting and lack of information
Passengers, distraught, denounce a total lack of communication on the part of Air Senegal.
“We’ve been here since 4 a.m. and it’s 10 a.m. No manager informed us of the reasons for this cancellation. We were simply asked to wait until 4 p.m., but no progress since then,” confides an exasperated passenger.
No concrete support
Despite promises of assistance, passengers did not benefit fromno support :
- No accommodation : the search for a hotel announced by the company was unsuccessful.
- Fatigue and uncertainty : travelers, exhausted, are left to their own devices while waiting for a replacement flight, scheduled for the next day at 3 p.m..
A night of anxiety and deplorable management
For the customers of flight HC 331, the behavior of Air Senegal staff reflects a total indifference. Without immediate solutions, they fear spending the night in precarious conditions before a still uncertain departure.
This incident once again highlights the organizational gaps of the Senegalese national company, unable to meet passengers’ expectations.
“Such chaotic management seriously tarnishes the image of the company and brings discredit to the Senegalese air sector,” deplore the travelers.

If Air Senegal does not promptly take corrective action, these repeated failures risk becoming the norm, to the detriment of passengers and the reputation of the company.
