Agadir Al Massira Airport recorded exceptional traffic, welcoming more than 2.8 million passengers during the first 11 months of 2024. This figure marks a significant increase of 36% compared to the previous year. and reflects the growing attractiveness of Agadir as a popular destination, both for national and international travelers.
At the same time, aircraft movements also experienced remarkable growth, reaching 19,620 arriving and departing flights, an increase of 29%. These performances reinforce the strategic role of the airport in the economic and tourist development of the region.
Occupying the third position among Moroccan airport platforms in terms of air traffic, Agadir Al Massira Airport represents 10% of the overall traffic recorded by all airports in the Kingdom during this period.

Thanks to its modern infrastructure and quality service, this airport has become an essential stopover for international travelers. Constant investments have made it possible to respond effectively to the increase in traffic while maintaining a smooth and pleasant experience for passengers.
To support this growth, the National Airports Office (ONDA) is currently working on an ambitious project to extend and reorganize the terminals. This project aims to increase the airport's reception capacity, from 2.6 million to 7 million passengers per year, thus consolidating its position as a regional hub and engine of Moroccan tourism development.
