The road map is not getting any thinner for the territory’s elected officials, and no subject is taken lightly. This evening, the community council meets for a new session which will overview the many skills of the Grand Sud Tarn-et-Garonne community of communes. For President Marie-Claude Nègre, the files are numerous, and they will first see elected officials focus on a motion on the land contribution of companies. “A commission has been specifically created to best support our economic fabric, and we are working in this direction,” the president confided this week. The early childhood plan, the La Parenthese social living space, the Les Jardins du Tambourel integration projects and even the energy renovation of the Grisolles media library are files which reflect the plural aspect of the decisions to be made. Moreover, in Montech, the media library could well host media education workshops, to be discussed this evening.
Plan roundabouts
On the town planning side, agreement with the Liebherr company, road repairs in Pompignan, climate plan for the renovation of housing and roundabouts in the logistics zone will be on the agenda of the session. For tourism, the superb Saint-Sard’O leisure center project is progressing quite regularly. “We will have to decide this evening on the operation of a restaurant space and on the hard floor covering,” confided a local elected official. The community of municipalities is dynamic, fully invested in structuring projects. The environment center, based in Dieupentale, will soon be redeveloped, and the price scale applied to professionals in the region’s recycling centers will be updated during this consistent session, as will the amount of water and sanitation fees.
