Driven by its mantra “Eat well, drink well”, the Le Cécadence restaurant offers a generous and inventive culinary experience, where conviviality and taste are always at the heart of the plate.
Since November 2024, Livio Paroldia creative and passionate chef, orchestrates the cuisine of Décadence. Inspired by seasonal products, it skillfully combines Mediterranean influences, Japanese accents and Nordic vibes. Every month he imagines a new card which highlights the best local ingredients, sublimated with a touch of audacity and freedom.
A free, vibrant cuisine resolutely turned towards the south
Lunch, arrival menu at €19 varies according to the chef’s findings and seasonal products. An accessible and authentic formula, perfect for savoring the freshness and creativity of Livio Paroldi’s cuisine. In the evening, it’s time to share with a menu of generous and original dishes, designed to be enjoyed together.
And for New Year’s Eve?
To end the year in style, the restaurant will offer an exceptional 6-course dinner, orchestrated by the talented chef Livio Paroldi. Guests will enjoy dishes full of color and flavor, where Mediterranean, Japanese and Nordic influences come together around ultra-fresh products, carefully selected from local producers. To accompany this menu, a pairing of wines at €35 will be offered (with a fine selection of the best bottles from its cellar)
