“This mandate has been complicated from the start. Covid, the energy crisis, the political crisis… The issues are heavy to bear. Everything is done with pain and difficulty. » If the last council of the year, which listed forty points on the agenda, was conducted at full speed, Yvan Moullec, mayor, defined the general atmosphere which dictates the work of the municipality.
A loan of 1.5 million
Part of the overall project for the town center including the construction of the halls and the medical center, the urban development (departmental road, entrance to the town, etc.) has been definitively postponed. “The municipality’s financial ratios are good, explains the mayor, but the general economic situation and the very high costs of the work (around €4,000,000) force us to stop this part of the project. On the other hand, one year before the elections, it did not seem wise to begin this operation. » Although these urban developments are “postponed”, the project manager must review its copy. His remuneration was increased to €341,267.43.

To finance the work in the town center (halls, medical center, bowling green), which should begin in April, as well as the surrounding areas and other developments, the municipal council has validated a loan of 1.5 million euros from the Crédit Agricole for a period of 20 years, at a rate of 3.19%.
The initial subsidy of €240,000, allocated by the Community of Municipalities for the construction of the medical center, was reduced to €200,000. This community contribution represents 13% of the cost of the work.
The municipality has entered into an agreement with the SDEF. This provides for the installation of photovoltaic panels on future buildings (hall, medical center). The municipality will pay up to €34,000 for the installation work estimated at €97,000.
