An impressive accident, where a vehicle rolled several times before coming to a stop, occurred this Tuesday, December 17, 2024 on the road to Lamothe, in Montauban, in Tarn-et-Garonne. The two young people, aged 17 and 18, were rescued by firefighters and rushed to hospital.
A traffic accident involving a vehicle occurred this Tuesday, December 17, 2024, early in the afternoon, on the road to Lamothe, in Montauban (Tarn-et-Garonne).
According to initial information collected, a car, the only one involved, rolled several times before coming to a stop.
When they arrived on the scene, firefighters from the Montauban rescue center took care of the two victims, a 17-year-old teenager and another 18-year-old, who were slightly injured. After a medical assessment, they were evacuated to the emergency room of Montauban hospital.
The police services as well as the technical road teams from the Tarn-et-Garonne departmental council were dispatched to the site in order to secure the area and carry out usual observations.
The exact circumstances of the accident remain to be determined. An investigation is open to clarify the reasons why the driver lost control of his vehicle.
