*Job offer: Chef for two Parisian Bistros (9th & 10th) Imagine yourself as captain of two culinary ships sailing in Parisian waters, guiding your crews towards tasty horizons. If you have a passion for good products and the desire to revisit the classics of Parisian bistros with a touch of modernity, this ad is made for you! *Our bistros, a story to taste In the heart of the 9th and 10th arrondissements of , our two bistros embody the spirit of the capital: homemade French cuisine, fresh products and an atmosphere where the charm of retro meets the energy of modern. With 100 to 150 seats per lunch service, we serve a varied and loyal clientele, attracted by our accessible menus (15€, starter, main course, dessert, drink). In the evening, there's a relaxed offering of plates to share, ideal for reconnecting over a drink. *Your role: the culinary conductor As chef, you will have the mission of managing and coordinating two teams in two separate kitchens. Concretely, you will be responsible for: *Developing and supervising the menus: Revisiting the classics of Parisian bistros with your unique touch. Adapt the lunch and evening offers according to the expectations of our customers. Guarantee quality and consistency: *Respect and enforce HACCP standards and technical sheets. Ensure the freshness of products and respect for home recipes. Manage and inspire your teams: *Supervise the brigades of the two establishments. Train, motivate and establish a warm and effective team spirit. Optimize resource management: *Collaborate with our bursar for inventory and order management. Reduce waste while ensuring smooth production. Your profile: the right ingredient *Solid experience: You have already held a position as a chef and know how to manage the demands of a dynamic service. Technical skills: You master the basics of French cuisine, the organization of brigades, and the requirements linked to hygiene and costs. *Creativity: Revisiting the great classics while respecting tradition does not scare you. *Natural leadership: You are capable of uniting teams around common objectives, in a caring but demanding atmosphere. *Our conditions: the dessert that will make you fall in love -Location: 9th and 10th arrondissements of Paris, close to metro stations 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 12 and 13.
