Available from November 20, 2024 to January 1, 2025this prestigious event offers a menu signed by the pastry chef Julien Delhomeincluding refined desserts. Added to this is a glass of champagne or an alcohol-free French Bloom, accompanied by an exceptional tea or coffee. This festive Tea Time is offered from €158 for two people.
After the savory piece that looks like a Mimosa Club, we treat ourselves to a soft cookie with peanuts and caramel, 65% milk chocolate. We then move on to desserts of your choice from the Saint-Brest with pralinealmond and buckwheat, Fresh fruit freshness or the Mango flower tart and coconut.
The experience is enriched with a unique creation by Jade Genin: Orfealea hand-sculpted chocolate flower. Inspired by the soul of the Hôtel du Louvre and the plant world of artist Emmanuel Pierre, this exceptional piece combines 70% dark chocolate from Honduras infused with wild zaatar, with a crispy center of orange and hazelnut. Jade Genin describes her work as “ a precious jewel », enhanced by gold leaf and captivating flavors that evoke the Orient and Christmas.
L’Orfeale is included in Tea Time at the Hôtel du Louvre or available in limited edition in the Jade Genin chocolate factory, located on avenue de l'Opéra. Treat yourself to an exceptional moment to celebrate Christmas the Parisian way, between luxury and poetry.
