At the age of 23, in the mid-1970s, he traveled throughout Haute-Provence, with his essential oils of lavender and rosemary. Loyalty to the agricultural sectors, to the men who make them come to life, is a common thread that Olivier Baussan unfolds endlessly and flawlessly. Today, he chairs the Territoire de Provence group born in 2018 which brings together the food manufacturers Biscuiterie de Forcalquier, Confiserie du Roy René in Aix-en-Provence, Maison Brémond 1830, Confiserie-chocolaterie de Banon, La Caramélérie de Mane, to which are added the Olivier Ecomusée in Volx, the oil mill Brémond in Roussillon and the Maison de la Pistache in Valensole.
Provençal products offered in a network of 53 stores in France and Norway – i.e. 240 employees in France and 60 in Norway, for a turnover of 29 million euros. These companies are committed to preserving the climate, by supporting actions for regenerative agriculture and the protection of biodiversity, partners of the Act for planet association.
