“The association was created 18 months ago, time taken to listen and discuss with all stakeholders. Today the time has come to introduce ourselves to you and explain how we can help businesses and communities address CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) issues,” declared Laurent Parisse, the co-president, with André Heintz, from the ResSourcEs association which organized its first “big evening” on November 26 in Metz.
Positioning itself as a key player in CSR in Moselle, ResSourcEs deploys multiple services: awareness and training actions, exchanges of best practices, thematic monitoring, newsletter, etc. Joining also gives access (free) to a diagnostic tool of CSR maturity developed by the association whose members are business leaders, researchers, CSR experts, etc.
“We are all facing a huge wave of funds. The first question businesses must ask themselves today is: how to act? This CSR diagnosis is a first key to defining a strategy,” explains André Heintz. To develop a roadmap that takes into consideration CSR in all its diversity, through its 4 main pillars: social (working conditions, etc.), environmental (carbon footprint, waste reduction, sustainable mobility, etc.), societal (philanthropy, solidarity commitment…) and governance (ethics, transparency, stakeholders…)
The two round tables organized during the evening, which brought together leaders and managers of representative organizations, highlighted how “CSR pressure” is indeed increasing and the fact that it is now fueled by all parties stakeholders: employees, customers, partners, communities, Europe… Which comes with constraints, of course, but also opportunities for companies, organizations and territories.
The ResSourcEs association, which currently has around forty members, is also mobilized to reveal them, promote them…
