Craponne-sur-Arzon: the doors give way and injure him
A 37-year-old man injured his hands during a work accident in a sawmill in Craponne-sur-Arzon on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. He was unblocking the rear doors of his trailer when the handles were violently released. The 30-year-old felt a sharp pain which made him lose consciousness for a moment. He was then taken care of by the firefighters.
Retournac: a new action took place at the station
Less than a week after the rally held on the railway tracks in Retournac, a collective of SNCF users led an action at Retournac station, during the night from Tuesday to Wednesday, to oppose the plan to eliminate traffic police positions. Signs were hung at the ticket office and on the platforms. The following messages could be read: “station in danger”, “railway workers sacrificed for whose benefit? » or even “my station is my freedom, the railway workers are my security”. Meet on December 4 from 7:30 p.m. in front of Retournac town hall, to defend the same cause just before the municipal council meeting.
Malrevers: a farmer fined for scouring
Monday around 4:15 p.m., the gendarmes went to a place called Le Bouchillou, commune of Malrevers, for a fire. When they arrived, they found that the flames were consuming several bales of hay as well as wood and plastic, in the presence of the alleged author of the fire, a farmer. The latter was fined by the police.
Saint-Maurice-de-Lignon: the nail pierces his middle finger
A 63-year-old temporary worker was putting together wooden boxes for a packaging company based in Saint-Maurice-de-Lignon when the nailer he was using broke. A nail stuck itself in the middle finger of his left hand, passing right through it. He was treated by firefighters and taken to hospital.

Saint-Romain-Lachalm: the truck lies in the ditch
Monday, around 9 a.m., a heavy goods vehicle traveling on the RD 23 fell into the ditch after biting the shoulder. The truck was carrying a 25-ton container of recycled plastics. The driver was taken to Firminy hospital. A diversion was put in place during the emergency response.
Valprivas: the smoke detector goes off
A fire broke out in the attic of a home located in a place called Les Iversins, commune of Valprivas, around half past midnight on the night of Tuesday to Wednesday. The occupant of the premises was listening to the radio when the light went out. She went to reset the seals on the electric meter, but the system went into safety mode again. The occupant heard a noise in the attic, just before the automatic smoke detector went off. After his alert, the firefighters initiated a rescue intervention bringing together 23 firefighters. The fire was extinguished after consuming 5 m2 of insulation and a wooden beam. The occupant was rehoused for the night by the town hall.
