After two years, Lanvin returned to the fashion shows. The Parisian fashion house of the Chinese giant Lanvin Group (formerly Fosun Fashion Group), announces its return to the official Parisian fashion show calendar from the next Fashion Week. She will show at the end of January, she indicates, during Men's Week, without specifying the precise date. On this occasion the first mixed show for women and men by its new artistic director Peter Copping will be unveiled.

“Modern couturier, Copping promises a first collection reflecting what Jeanne Lanvin called ultimate chic. The fashion show will present the fall-winter 2025/26 women's and men's ready-to-wear collections in a unique moment of revelation,” summarizes the brand in a succinct press release.

Since the departure of Bruno Sialelli following his last fashion show in March 2023, who had headed Lanvin's style since January 2019 after several years of disorientation following the dismissal of the emblematic Alber Elbaz in 2015, the house wanted to take its time to rethink its strategy. Over nearly two years, it reorganized itself, restructured its offering and repositioned itself through a more elegant, more sophisticated and more French style, relying in particular on a series of institutional campaigns.

It is now Peter Copping's turn to take up the torch to relaunch the oldest French fashion house still in activity. Aged 57 and with extensive experience, the British designer, who has worked at Louis Vuitton and Nina Ricci, among others, has been operational since September. It is up to him to translate through the creation of his collections the transformation of Lanvin that has been underway for two years.
