In November, the Valcourt stadium hosted initial refereeing training, bringing together 10 motivated candidates to become the next key players on the football pitches. Under the expert supervision of Loïc Catoir and Aurélien Naploszek, this session allowed participants to familiarize themselves with the basics of the rules of the game and the management of situations on the pitch.
Among the 10 candidates present, 8 passed their final assessment, thus obtaining their certification to officiate as trainee referees. The District would like to salute the work of its Departmental Arbitration Commission (CDA) and its trainers who have been able to combine theory and practice to best prepare future arbitrators for their responsibilities.
This training represents an essential step in strengthening the presence of referees and guaranteeing the smooth running of competitions. Congratulations to the new graduates, who embody the future of refereeing, most of them young trainee referees.
