He is convicted of attacking the firefighters who helped him

France Bleu reveals to us that the Val-de-Briey judicial court (Meurthe-et-Moselle) has already convicted a man for attacking a Smur caregiver and two firefighters. The condemned man was visibly under the influence of alcohol and drugs during the attack.

The public prosecutor Sophie Partouche explained that: “The accused was referred to the prosecution and sentenced the same day”. The man therefore received a prison sentence of 12 months, six of which were in the form of house arrest, but also six others suspended and placed on probation. The man did not speak.

It was when he woke up that he attacked the emergency services

The facts date back to the night of last Thursday to Friday. The man was unconscious when the caregiver and firefighters arrived. He was obviously under the influence of alcohol and drugs. It was when he woke up that he began to insult and then attack all the emergency services present at his home. However, the firefighters were there to help him.

The facts are surprising, but the judicial court wanted to be firm regarding the attack on the emergency services. It is for this reason that he was quickly presented to justice.
