Czech passenger's dog is wanted throughout -Charles de Gaulle airport

Where is Amalka, a dog who left Air employees during a transit at Charles-de-Gaulle airport? This is the question asked by his mistress Míša, a 29-year-old Czech. Since Tuesday November 19, 2024, the young woman has been looking for her two-year-old dog on the 3,257 hectares of the airport, explains The Parisian Sunday November 24, 2024.

Supportive employees

The dog escaped from her cage then left the plane to reach the runway. Since then, Amalka has been seen several times but no one has been able to approach her, not even her mistress. This disappearance is all the more dramatic for Míša who suffers from an ADHD disorder (attention disorder with or without hyperactivity) since“Amalka was trained to be your emotional support dog”confided the Czech. She is helped in her research by Air France employees who are members of the Cats in the Air association.

Míša, however, is not satisfied with Air France's behavior. She said the airline was slow to act after her dog disappeared.

“Regular hunts are organized in the presence of the customer (including at night) and displays have been installed in several areas to raise awareness among airport staff”assured the company, which covers the young woman's hotel costs.
