On the occasion of the International Day Against Violence Against Women, November 25, the Department of Ille-et-Vilaine recalls the importance of collective mobilization against all forms of domestic, sexual, sexist and intra-family violence. .
In particular, it has set up a professional directory of local actors in the Pays de Redon, Saint-Malo, Rennes and Brocéliande to better guide victims and perpetrators of violence. It is intended for professionals or volunteers who receive the words of victims or perpetrators of violence.
The Department has taken up the violence meter “Do you know your relationship well, test yourself!” » developed by the city of Paris, to be found on the Department's website. It provides ten graphic visuals on, for example, the difference between conflict and violence, words to avoid or the aggressor's strategy.

“Charlotte”, a escape game theme was designed by two facilitators from the Department for professionals, to understand domestic violence and take action. The department also finances social workers in police stations and gendarmes (ISCG), professionals trained to welcome and listen to victims. The Department also has 22 departmental social action centers (CDAS) and eight sexual health centers in the territory.
On the occasion of the day against violence against women on November 25, numerous operations are listed from Saint-Malo to Redon on the Nous-vous-ille website, to inform victims and their loved ones of the procedures , existing aid and remedies.
