Baptized Leftoversin partnership with the grocery store chain Nous Anti-Gaspi, this restaurant will fight against waste by only offering dishes made from 80% of ingredients that are too small, not beautiful enough or a little too old, in short, closer to the dumpster than to the shopping bag. For the record, Greenpeace estimates that in , 10 million tonnes of food are wasted each year, representing 16 billion euros in losses!

The young chef strives to transform them into gourmet bistro dishes with a menu that will change every day depending on arrivals. But its price will remain constant and modest: €22 for the total. A more than digestible addition and a beautiful gesture, long live Leftovers !
