Buses to take Parisian skiers to the resorts of Isère

Transaltitude 2024: new stations and new stations

For this 2024-2025 season, the offer includes 14 stations, departing from three stations, since the customers who will stay in the Vercors can be picked up at the train station Valence TGVand those who stay in Chartreuse will be from the station Voiron. For the other massifs, particularly that of Oisans which attracts almost two thirds of the national and international clientele, the departure is always from the Grenoble station.

A working application for Christmas

Travelers, mostly from the Paris region, but also from the United Kingdom and closer to us, from the entire Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, can book their “last kilometer” journey via the website, up to 15 minutes before the bus departs. Cancellation is possible up to 10 hours in advance. A reservation that allows you to guarantee your place on the bus, and which can soon be done via a dedicated application, which should be operational during the Christmas holidays.

An offer adapted to local customers

To reduce the carbon footprint of ski holidays, the transportation of skiers by coach is also available for local customers, via the same reservation channels. The offer can even be combined with “Skilignes” package, which combines journeys and passes to 10 stations.

Last year, nearly 100,000 people used Transaltitude bus services, or 33,000 cars fewer on average. A figure that the various partners (VFD, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region and Department of Isère which alone finances 6 million euros for the first year of the DSP) wish to further improve this year.
