A highlight of the end of the year proposed by the Cera think tank, the Vendée Talks give carte blanche to guests, who, alone in front of the public, talk about their professional careers. For this 2024 edition resolutely focused on the future and youth, participants will be able to discover eight inspiring testimonies from men and women, from their initial training to the entrepreneurial and professional adventure.
Among them, Florian Thué will discuss his journey to find a place in major business and engineering schools despite an average level during his middle and high school years. For her part, Ophélie Usannaz-Joris will talk about her passion for fashion design, her short entrepreneurial adventure and her current position at Adidas headquarters in Germany. Director of the company L'Happy Nous, Claire Bonvalet will give the keys to promoting personal and professional development. As for Paul Soudet, committed to the development of Vendée and co-founder of De la Vendée aux grandes écoles, an association aiming to give high school students the means to integrate selective courses, he will encourage young graduates to return to enrich local businesses.
Created in 2001, the Center for Exchange and Reflection for the Future (Cera), chaired by Jean-Michel Mousset, brings together 150 members, business leaders or executives, liberal professions, elected officials, etc. Throughout the year , the network offers numerous meetings with speakers recognized in their expertise.
