A risk for consumer health
The two establishments concerned are:
– The Vieux Aulnay bakery in Aulnay-sous-Bois
DDPP inspectors, during their visit, noted the presence of rodentwhich creates a “risk of transmission […] diseases that can be fatal in humans. »
Manual hygiene was considered “absent”, even “when leaving the toilet” which creates a “major risk of food poisoning, particularly from fecal bacteria. » More generally, the maintenance and cleaning of the premises were deemed “insufficient” and good practices in food hygiene as well as the procedures for cleaning and disinfection of premises and equipment are “not respected”.
– The Pasteur bakery in Dugny
Same situation a few kilometers away. Hygiene experts noted several shortcomings, including “the absence of soap dispensers bactericide and single-use hand towels”, particularly in staff toilets. Cleaning, disinfection and maintenance of the premises were deemed “insufficient”. Another problem: waste is not collected in a hygienic manner and pest control is insufficient. »
Believing that these two bakeries would “run a serious health risk public”, the prefecture of Seine-Saint-Denis proceeded with the immediate closure of the establishments.
They will not be able to reopen only once the requested modifications have been made and validated by the authorities.
