Ingrid Gonin launched Ratepataloc a year ago in the south of France. Its objective: to quickly find accommodation suited to your needs. A column in partnership with ToulÉco Montpellier
Accommodation in Montpellier has become an obstacle course. This is particularly true for rentals. Faced with this shortage of properties, more and more candidates are now calling on a house hunter to find that rare pearl. Ingrid Gonin has made it her specialty. It's been a year since she launched Ratepataloc to help future tenants in Montpellier, Nîmes and even throughout France. “From the creation of your file to the handing over of the keys, I support my clients in their research”explains the self-entrepreneur. Before creating her business, Ingrid already had four years of experience in relocation. “I have developed a solid network of real estate players throughout France, so I can access properties more easily.”
With or without visit
Ratepataloc offers two different services. Allow 490 euros initially for complete support, but visits are the responsibility of the tenant. Then, 690 euros, for support with a maximum of three visits carried out by Ingrid Gonin with or without you or by video.
The profiles who use the services of the house hunter are very diverse. From the student to the transferred employee, who does not have time to travel. Since the creation of the agency, around sixty people have found accommodation with Ratepataloc.
