Domestic violence: the Ti3rs system is deployed in Haute-Savoie

As part of the fight against domestic violencethe prefecture of Haute-Savoie is setting up the’application Ti3rsunder the aegis of the departmental delegate for women's rightsJoséphine Kudin. Initially, this tool will be tested for seven months.

This solution was designed to secure exchanges between separated parents. In addition, it allows you to download the history of all communications in a single document, in order to facilitate legal procedures and provide tangible proof in the event of violence: threats, harassment, etc.

Ti3rs, an application to fight against violence between ex-spouses

The application was created by Eva Ngalle who, after encountering violence with her ex-partner, had the idea of developing this application. More than just a tool, Ti3rs acts like a real digital shieldintegrating features such as a virtual number and a system of filtering malicious messagesthus facilitating legal procedures.

In an effort to support victims, the application is offered free of charge in Haute-Savoie, thanks to a partnership between the State, the family allowance fund (Caf) and the Avij association, dedicated to helping victims . Joséphine Kudin emphasizes that “this initiative directly responds to the needs of victims of domestic violence”while Caf also supports the effort by financing additional subscriptions.

This collaboration is part of a broader framework of fight against violence against womenby strengthening the reception and support of victims. At the end of the experiment, the effectiveness of Ti3rs will be evaluated in order to consider its extension to other organizations to reach a larger number of victims.
