The CCI Gard presents 115 Inside gift cards to the Town Hall of Rochefort-du-Gard
Friday, November 15, Pierre Bories, president of the CCI Gard delegation of Gard Rhodanien, presented 115 Inside gift cards to Rémy Bachelier, mayor of Rochefort-du-Gard. Also present were Mr. Pellet, assistant for commerce, and Lionel Favier, president of the Rochefort-du-Gard traders' association.
A system to boost local commerce
Launched in June 2024, the Inside Gift Card system succeeds the Fédébon with a clear ambition: to support local businesses by offering Gard merchants a solution to diversify their sources of income.
Accessible via the cartecadeau-inside.fr website, this program allows companies, communities, and social and economic committees (CSE) to purchase gift cards for their employees and members. These purchases benefit from an exemption from social security contributions of up to 193 euros per employee and per event (according to the Acoss circular). Individuals can also acquire these cards for gifts that encourage local purchasing.
A commitment from the municipality to its agents and businesses
On the occasion of the end-of-year holidays, the town hall of Rochefort-du-Gard has decided to actively participate in this initiative by offering Inside gift cards worth 70 euros to each municipal agent. This approach aims to support local businesses while promoting the local economy.
Currently, around fifteen businesses in the town participate in the system. The sectors represented include hairdressing, aesthetics, reflexology, gifts, optics, flowers, parapharmacy, clothing, catering and food. Lionel Favier, president of the Union of Traders and Artisans of Rochefort-du-Gard, strongly encourages other traders and businesses to join this initiative and get involved in the collective dynamic.

With this operation, the Inside Gift Card positions itself as an essential lever for local commerce. It promotes both local consumption and customer loyalty, while providing a concrete solution to businesses and communities wishing to support local economic players.
