Created destination, for boosted business projects

The Destination created show, supported by the Meuse Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CCI) Haute-, of Trades and Crafts (CMA) Haute-Marne and of Agriculture Aube and Haute-Marne, was held Tuesday, November 19, at the village hall.

Entrepreneurs and project leaders were expected on Tuesday November 19 at the Chaumont village hall. Once again, the Destination created event was held to encourage and support the Haut-Marnais with ideas to launch for their future. “This show for business creation comes back every year, with one year in the north in Saint-Dizier, and one year in the south, in Chaumont,” explains Véronique Wertz, business creation, takeover and transfer advisor at the Meuse Haute-Marne CCI. The prefecture city is therefore the lucky one this year to host this event which allows entrepreneurs to “find all the people involved in project creation in one place. This is something that never happens the rest of the time. A whole panel of actors is present to give a boost to the projects presented,” declares Véronique Wertz.

A bowling project to refine

On site, around twenty partners are grouped together and represent all the stages of business creation or takeover. Financial, legal, insurance and even public services aspects come together to provide all the keys to potential future business leaders. A boost for a couple from Haut-Marnais, wishing to remain anonymous, who plan to take over a bakery in their town within two years. “We find out about the steps to take for a business takeover. We met with the Chamber of Trades which told us in particular what training to do. A living room like this is good. »

There are takeover projects, but also creation projects, like Laëtitia Descharmes, who is working to open a bowling alley in Langres. If her project is already well advanced, she chose to come to Destination créa to “learn about the financing part. It's much more complicated than the rest. I’m coming to see if I can have access to an honorary loan or other grants that I don’t know about.”

Attract into sectors in tension

This show is also a way for certain business creation players to attract entrepreneurs in sectors under pressure. “We have a big problem of renewal in agriculture. By coming here, we try to attract other audiences who don’t know us,” explains Marie Denys, installation manager and business advisor for the Chamber of Agriculture.

An event which brought together around fifty visitors at midday, not counting a few classes from the Edmé-Bouchardon high school which allowed certain students to “understand what business creation is”, shares Emilie Vichard, service manager. creation at the CCI.

The appointment has already been made next year for a new edition of Destination created, this time in the north of the department.
