Celebrated during the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympics, Alice Guy, “a golden woman”has long remained in the dustbin of history. A biopic presented at the Funambule theater tells the incredible journey of this cinema pioneer, from secretary to director.
Originally from Saint-Mandé in the Val de Marne, Alice Guy was also the first in the history of the 7th Art to shoot a peplum with 300 extras. A feat achieved in the Fontainebleau forest.
With a new album and a concert at the Philharmonie de Paris, on November 19, 2024, Alexandre Tharaud enriches his repertoire dedicated to Jean-Sébastien Bach. A musical tribute that the Parisian pianist rehearsed at the Republican Guard, next to his accommodation. Indeed, unlike his colleagues, Alexandre Tharaud does not have a piano at home. A choice which allows him not to be, according to him, “glued to his keyboard”. The pianist works with friends and even in piano stores.
It is a return eagerly awaited by the Ile-de-France public. After the success of his first play “Murmuration” which brought together some 150,000 spectators throughout France, Sadeck Berrabah presents the new version of his show at the 13th Art.
“Murmuration 2” offers new scenes and brings together 54 dancers. A new challenge for the choreographer who is the inventor of variable geometry dance. For the record, Sadeck Berrabah conquered the world with his video broadcast during the Tokyo Paralympic Games ceremony.
