A serious accident occurred this Tuesday, November 19, around 7:30 a.m., in Fenouiller (Vendée). A teenage girl, aged 15, was walking between the Route de Nantes and the Route du Center when she was “violently” hit by a car.
Shocked driver hospitalized in Challans
The firefighters and gendarmes were quickly sent to the scene and traffic was cut off on departmental road 754. Seriously injured, the minor was airlifted to the Nantes hospital center (Loire-Atlantique). The driver of the vehicle, shocked, was transported to the Challans hospital center. An investigation was opened to determine the causes of the accident.
