Strong gusts and rain forecast in Nièvre: yellow vigilance triggered

The Nièvre department will be placed on yellow alert for winds, rain and floods by Météo this Tuesday, November 19.

From 3 p.m. this Tuesday, November 19 and until midnight, Nièvre will be placed on yellow alert for winds. And from 6 p.m., vigilance for rain and floods will be in effect.

After two weeks of rather calm weather, Nièvre and France are preparing to experience a cool and turbulent week. Météo-France announces in particular “more frequent and more marked precipitation, a return of snow in the mountains at low altitude, a much windier atmosphere and winter temperatures.”
