update on actions region by region this Tuesday

Day 2, Tuesday November 19, of the farmers' mobilization launched on Monday by the FNSEA and the Young Farmers (JA). The union promises “an agricultural revolt” with a blockage of food freight from Wednesday, first in the south-west of . OCCITANIA

Rural Coordination is calling for rallies in front of the prefectures: in (Haute-Garonne) and (Pyrénées-Atlantiques) from 10 a.m., in (Tarn) around 2 p.m.

From 7 a.m., Rural Coordination convoys will set off in the Gers towards . From 9 a.m., in Auch, the Place de la Libération, the Allées d'Étigny and the Foirail car park will be blocked. These blockages are expected to last at least until Wednesday.

NEW AQUITAINE

In , 50 tractors have been on the road since 6 a.m. Tuesday morning at the call of Rural Coordination and are driving towards towards the prefecture, indicates France Bleu Gironde. Traffic difficulties are expected on their entire route and in the city center of Bordeaux, and potentially on the Metropolis Tram and Bus network throughout the day.

In (Lot-et-Garonne), the Rural Coordination hopes for 400 participants in front of the prefecture. Last January, in Agen, 400 farmers took part in the mobilization. They set fire to tires, slurry, and hay in front of the prefecture before blocking the A62 in both directions. A convoy of tractors had headed towards the Rungis international market.

In Deux-Sèvres, the Young Farmers and the FNSEA are planning a snail operation on Tuesday in , indicates France Bleu Poitou. In , no blockages are planned on the road on Tuesday, declared the vice-president of FNSEA 86 on France Bleu Poitou. “The priority for us is still to harvest and sow. The weather will quickly influence the actions that will follow”declared Laurent Lambert.

In Center-Val-de-Loire, the Young Farmers and the FDSEA du Cher are planning tractor processions in on Tuesday, reports France Bleu Berry.
