24 French and Chinese artists collectively exhibit their works

After Besançon, from October 5 to November 3, Pontarlier and the Friends of the Museum association present the exhibition “To each their own charm”. This cultural event is part of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between and Switzerland. This year 2024 refers to cultural tourism. Thus, the public is invited to discover the works of 14 French and Chinese artists. The nationals, 12 in number, are from Franche-Comté and have already exhibited at the Annonciades show.

Proof of the international dimension of this event, which welcomed the Consul General of China in , the participants presented their work this spring in Hefei, China, before settling in . Around fifty works are presented. Their authors offer diverse achievements through their approaches and artistic views. Nevertheless, their intentions are the same: to share the same passion and build connections with as many people as possible, through their art. “Know each other better to understand each other better and thus work better together”, such is the mission set by this cultural initiative, carried out in France by the Franche-Comté association of Franco-Chinese friendships.
