A French military delegation, led by Colonel Frédéric Dodet, head of the Africa and Middle East sub-directorate within the Directorate General of Armaments (DGA), visited Morocco from November 12 to 14.
According to the Royal Armed Forces (FAR), this visit is part of a global framework of cooperation and exchange of experiences aimed at strengthening military capabilities.
This trip comes shortly after the official visit of French President Emmanuel Macron to Morocco, during which discussions took place between the French Minister of Defense, Sébastien Lecornu, and Abdeltif Loudyi, Minister Delegate in charge of Defense Administration national, as well as General Mohammed Berrid, inspector general of the FAR.
The visit of the French delegation coincided with the end of the 2nd edition of the Franco-Moroccan military exercise dedicated to mountain troops.
