Thursday, November 14, the department's first Professional Mobility Fair was held in Puy-en-Velay, attracting around a hundred visitors.
Organized by the CCI of Haute-Loire, Territoire d'Industrie Le Puy – Jeune Loire, and the State via DDETSPP 43, in collaboration with the Réseau Avenir Actifs et Transition Pro, this event brought together around thirty organizations.
This show, which is part of National Retraining Day celebrated throughout France, highlighted the importance of professional transition on a national scale. It brought together the key players in professional mobility, training and skills development in one place.
Visitors were able to benefit from a wide range of information to meet their specific needs:
- Upskilling : Solutions to help companies support their employees in their professional development.
- Professional retraining : Advice and systems for exploring new sectors of activity, whether within or outside the current company.
- Training, VAE and diplomas : Information on titles, diplomas and certifications accessible for various professions.
- Job retention : Solutions to enable employees to adapt to market developments and secure their professional career.
